Before booking, please be aware of our online cancellation policy:

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to you. If you have any issues changing this appointment online, please call the salon and we will be more then happy to assist you.

Any cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be equal to the value of the service for that booking which had been made and subsequently cancelled).

Any guests who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment (and have not contacted the salon to cancel their appointment), may result in a cancelled booking fee being applied (which will be equal to the value of the service for that booking which had been made and subsequently not attended to).

Liberty Hair Design do not issue refunds for cancelled appointments.

Length Guide

When booking, please be aware of our length guide.
Short hair is to the ears.
Medium hair is from the ears to the shoulders.
Long hair is touching the shoulders to the shoulder blade.
Extra long hair is from the shoulder blade down.

Price will vary depending on the length and thickness of your hair. If you think you’ve not booked for the correct length, don’t stress, we always give you a full quote prior to commencing any service.
